Glych Inc. reserves the cosmic right to terminate your participation in the Program. Why? Could be any reason, or no reason at all. And don’t expect a raven with a parchment, we may not even give notice. But your content still remains on our ship.
Look here, payments are more elusive than aliens in real life. They’re purely discretionary, and we promise nothing. But if a payment opportunity does poke its head out from behind a star, we’ll shout out loud!
Strap on your big-boy boots because you’re agreeing to defend and hold Glych Inc. harmless, even if you stub your toe. This includes everything from your participation in the program to breaching these terms.
